What each policy will cover.
Privacy notice
What data is processed, the lawful basis, how long it is kept, and the rights of the person it belongs to — under UK GDPR and India's DPDP Act. Health records receive the highest protection.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Language choice is stored in the browser's own local storage, not sent to a server.
Terms of use
The terms governing access to Get Set Healthy products, acceptable use, and the responsibilities of each party.
Accessibility
The site targets WCAG 2.2 AA: a skip link, landmark regions, visible focus, and text that scales. Report a barrier and it gets fixed.
Data processing
A data-processing agreement is available for institutional clients on request.

A record is released against the consent attached to it, not against who holds the login.

A dedicated server means the record stays in the jurisdiction the client chooses.

The personal health assistant system is open, so the institutions relying on it can inspect it.
